The Company has the Investment and Management in Subsidiaries policy that shall invest in the businesses that make benefits and encourage the Company’s operation in order to strengthen the stability and performance of the Company.  

In addition, in cases where the Company invests more than 50% in another business, the Company’s Board of Directors shall assign the management team to appoint representatives, who are directors or executives of the Company, to serve as directors or persons with controlling authority in the subsidiary.
