Qualifications:

Sr. Legal Chief

Responsibilities:-

• Create and review contracts or agreements, terms and conditions for the company
• Coordinate with government with related function
• Take care about Business Law, Contract and other legal issues for business
• Handle with intellectual property, trademark, corporate law
• Other Legal tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master of Law
• Minimum 3 years experience in legal function in corporate field
• Experienced in drafting contract or agreement both Thai and English
• Excellent command of English
• TOEIC Score above 680 would be preferable.
• Knowledge in intellectual property would be an advantage
• Strong Interpersonal, detail-oriented, Good personality
